摘　　要：总结电子阅览室不同阶段光盘的存放与利用方法,包括以自购光盘为主的固定排架、以随书光盘为主的固定排架和以随书光盘为主的自由排架3个阶段;总结了各种管理方法的优缺点;介绍一个用ACCESS编写的小程序,可以实现随书光盘的著录、查询、打印封皮、打印书标等功能;对以后工作提出设想和建议。The paper summarized the preservation and utilization of CDs of electronic reading room in different stages, which includes the following three stages： fixed brackets with self-purchased CDs, fixed brackets with CDs along with books and free brackets with CDs along with books. The advantages and disadvantages of the different management ways were summarized here. Meanwhile, the paper introduced a program edited with ACCESS which can carry out the description, searching, pdnting covers, printing labels of the CDs in books. The paper put forward the conception and suggestions for the future work.
