摘  要:探讨了近等温加工参数(变形温度、应变速率和变形量)对GH4169高温合金晶粒度及显微组织的影响。试验结果表明,在较小变形量和较低的应变速率下,该合金的晶粒尺寸随温度升高而变大;在1060℃和10-2s-1的应变速率下,晶粒尺寸随着变形量的增大而变大;在1020℃大变形条件下,应变速率高或低时,均能细化晶粒,而应变速率中等(10-2s-1)时,不能细化晶粒。其原因可能与动态回复和相邻晶粒的晶界由大角度转向小角度有关。The influences of near-isothermal deformation parameters,such as temperature,swain rate, deformation etc.,on the grain size grade and microstructure of GH4169 superalloy were investigated. The test results show that, at smaller deformation and lower swain rate, the grain size of GH4169 superalloy raises with the increase of deformation temperature; at 1 060℃ and sWain rate 10^-2 s^-1, the grain size raises with the increase of the deformation; at 1 020℃ and large deformation, the grain size can be refined when the sWain rate is higher or lower ,but when the sWain rate is medium ( 10^-2 s^-1),the grain size can not be refined. The reason is probably related with dynamic recovery and adjacent large-angle boundary turning into sraall-angle boundary.
