对中国国家乒乓球队教练员素质结构的调查研究

摘　　要：采用文献资料调研、问卷调查、数理统计等方法,确立了乒乓球教练员素质结构的构成要素以及各要素的权重。乒乓球教练员的素质结构由思想认识、意志信念、行为3个要素构成;国家乒乓球队教练员具有很优秀的素质结构,他们思想认识明确,意志信念坚定,行为特征稳定,具有高度的事业心和责任心,工作务实、稳健,具有无私的奉献精神,顽强的意志品质。国家一队教练员比二队教练员更自信、更坚强。By the means of literature review, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, this paper establishes the composing factors of quality structure of table tennis coaches. The quality structure of table tennis coaches consists of thinking cognition, will faith and behavior. The experts of theory and practice all thought these elements like ambition and sense of responsibility of ones career, doing solid work and purpose of plan were very important t to the outstanding table tennis coaches. Generally speaking, there was clear quality structure among the national table tennis coaches. They had firm beliefs in ethics and behave steadfastly to pursue their career with a good sense of responsibility and were striving to do a solid and sound work and made selfless contribution with a strong will. Coaches in No. 1 team showed more self-confidence and more strong than ones in No. 2 team.
