摘 要:采用不同浓度的 NaCl、Na_2SO_4、Na_2CO_3及三者的混合盐的胁迫,对罗布麻种子的发芽率、发芽速度、发芽指数的影响及解除盐胁迫后的发芽率进行测定分析.结果表明,随 Na_2CO_3和混合盐溶液浓度的增加,罗布麻种子的发芽率、发芽速度、发芽指数均呈下降趋势,而低浓度的 NaCl(≤50 mmol/L),Na_2SO_4(≤10 mmol/L)促进种子萌发,高浓度的 NaCl(≥200 mmol/L)、Na_2SO_4(≥150 mmol/L)抑制种子萌发;Na_2CO_3和混合盐溶液对罗布麻种子萌发具有明显的抑制作用;盐胁迫解除后,罗布麻种子的发芽率随原盐浓度增加呈降低的趋势.Apocynum venetum seeds were treated with four kinds of solutions (NaC1, Na2SO4,Na2COs and the mixture of three solutions) which were consisted of different concentrations, and then allayed the salt stress. The seed germination rate, viability and index of halophyt-A, venetum were measured and analyzed. The results showed that the A. venetum seed germination rate, viability and index reduced with increasing of salt concentrations of four solutions. Low concentrations of NaCI(≤50 mmol/L), NazSO4(≤10 mmol/L) promoted germination of seeds, while high concentrations of NaC1 (≥200 mmol/L)and Na2SO4 (≥150 mmol/L)restrained it. However, different concentrations of both Na2CO3 and the mixture solutions restrained germination of seeds. After allaying the salt stress, seed germination rates reduced with the increase of pre-treatment salt concentrations.
