摘 要:对皂荚的初生维管组织进行了解剖学观察,结果显示皂荚的根-下胚轴-子叶-上胚轴为一个连续的结构.下胚轴中的维管组织大部分延伸到子叶当中,但上下胚轴之间仍是通过由下胚轴进入到上胚轴的少数的维管组织直接相连的,而并非如一些文献所描述的上胚轴的维管组织是添加在下胚轴上的.但上胚轴的维管组织仅与下胚轴中一部分维管组织束相连,这与以往的报道也有所不同.There are various theories that explain the relation of vascular tissues between the epicotyl vasculature and the hypocotyls vasculature in root-stem transitions zone. In our experiment, we also try to investigate the relation of them in Gledistsia sinensis Lam seedlings using anatomical method. These results show that most of the primary vascular tissue extends into the cotyledons, but the primary vascular tissue between epicotyl and hypocotyl is still continuous. These results suggest that the root-hypocotyl-cotyledon-epicotyl is a single system. Therefore, we disagree with the vasculature of the epicotyl is a single system superimposed on that of the roothypocotyl-cotyledon system. Despite of the primary vasculature of epicotyls is only connected with a part of that of the hypocotyls. This opinion is different from the previous reports.
