摘  要:目的 研究COL 4 A 1基因多态性与中国农村女性骨密度关系.方法 采用双能X线吸收仪对343名女性研究对象进行腰椎及股骨扫描,应用PCR-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)方法检测COL4 A 1基因(谷酰氨酸Q 1334 H组氨酸)多态位点基因型,用广义线性模型分析此位点多态性与腰椎2~4及股骨骨密度关系.结果 在调整环境危险因素后,均未显示COL 4 A 1基因H 1334 H基因型与股骨颈、腰椎2~4骨密度相关(P=0.409、0.705).结论 在中国农村女性人群中COL 4 A 1基因Q 1334 H多态性与股骨颈、腰椎2~4骨密度无显著相关性.Objective To investigate the association of polymorphism of collagen type Ⅳ alpha 1 gene ( COL 4 A 1 ) with Bone Mineral Density (BMD) in rural Chinese women. Methods The bone mineral density was measured at the lumbar spine and femur using dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry in 343 study subjects. PCR-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) was applied to examine Q 1334 H polymorphism of the COL 4 A 1 gene. Generalized linear model was used to analysize the association of this polymorphism with the bone mineral density of the lumbar spine ( L2-4 ) and femur. Results After adjustment for environmental covariates, no significant correlation was found between the Q 1334 H polymorphism of the COL 4 A 1 gene and BMD, including femoral neck, lumbar spine ( L2-4 ) ( P = 0.409,0.705 respectively ). Conclusion There is no significant relationship between the Q 1334 H polymorphism of the COL 4 A 1 gene and BMD of femoral neck and lumbar spine (2-4) in rural Chinese women population.
