摘　　要：从影响库存的订货量、安全库存和缺货量入手,对由一个生产商和一个零售商组成的供应链环节进行了分析,旨在找出信息共享对供应链中每个成员的影响以及是如何降低库存的.研究结果表明信息共享后对生产商的影响要大于对直接接触顾客的零售商的影响.The problem of information sharing in a supply chain is always an issue among academe. The former study focus on the information-sharing＇ s effect on the ＂bullwhip effect＂. This paper is not for if information sharing could decrease cost but how to do that. On the basic of former researchers we analyzed the effect on ordering-quality, average inventory and shortage anticipation quality under two different information-sharing level. In the end we find manufacteror gets more profits than the retailer after information sharing between them.
