黄花棘豆种子发芽试验条件研究

摘　　要：为探寻破除黄花棘豆种子休眠的有效方法,采用预冷、细沙和砂纸摩擦、热水和浓硫酸浸种4种方法对其进行处理。试验结果表明:4种处理均可显著提高黄花棘豆种子的发芽率,其中砂纸摩擦方法简单、效果最佳,其发芽势和发芽率分别从8.2%和10.7%提高到51.9%和58.6%。So far little information was available on breaking the oxytropis ochrocephala Bunge seed dormancy. The experiment included four treatments, pre-cooling, friction with sand and sandpaper, dip in hot water and erode with 98% H2SO4. The results showed that the four treatments all make significantly improment on germination rate, especially treatment with sandpaper friction, which increased the seed germination percentage from 10.7% to 58.6%.
