涤纶仿真丝绸深地拔染印花工艺研究

摘　　要：探讨了涤纶仿真丝绸采用常规的高温高压染深地，还原剂法拔印工艺，通过对染地工艺、拔染助剂、蒸化工艺的研究，提出了解决地色深度及均匀性问题的方法，获得了满意的拔染印花效果。Through investigations on deep-shade polyester silk imitation discharge Printing with conventional process tinder high temperature and pressure, and researches on ground dyeing, discharge agents and steaming technology, a new process is suggested to solve the thorny problems on ground depth and evenness so as to achieve satisfactory results.
