摘　　要：为了适应我国交通电子政务发展的要求,采用计算机和网络技术对交通建设项目质量检验与评估进行管理已成为必然趋势。采用Microsoft.Net技术,运用Asp.Net技术实现B/S 3层体系结构,对交通建设项目质量检测与评估系统的总体结构、网络结构和系统功能进行了设计,并对系统实现的关键技术进行了介绍,给出了部分用户界面实现示例。For the purpose of meeting the requirements of the development of transportation e-government in our country, it is an inevitable trend that computer and network technology are used to manage the quality inspection and appraisal of transportation construction project. In this paper, the overall structure, the network architecture and the system function were designed by applying the framework of Microsoft. Net and the technology of Asp. Net to implement B/S architecture. Then, the key technologies to implement the system were described. In the end, some examples of the system were given.
