摘  要:胎带机的主体结构由底盘、伸缩皮带机、回转机构、变幅机构和活动配重等几大部分组成,伸缩皮带机是整机的核心工作部件。伸缩皮带机由两级伸缩臂架、伸缩驱动装置以及滚筒、托辊、输送带等组成,其中最关键的就是由伸缩臂架和伸缩驱动装置组成的伸缩机构。两级伸缩臂架由套装在一起的三节臂架组成,最外层的基础节臂架尾部和底盘的回转机构、变幅机构分别铰接,固定于底盘上;内层的两节臂架可如拉杆天线一般自由伸出和缩回,改变输送机的输送距离,从而改变施工半径。臂架长度设计时,要求根据给定的最大输送距离,合理设计三节臂架长度,尽量减小完全缩回时的长度,以便取得最大伸缩行程,获得最小输送距离和最大的工作区域面积。对于驱动机构的设计,因臂架的伸缩行程太大(22~35m),且要求尽量减轻自重,所以不宜采用齿轮齿条方式或液压缸方式驱动臂架伸缩,已有的设计均为钢丝绳驱动方式,即采用钢丝绳作为伸缩牵引构件。驱动装置选型主要考虑动力源情况,如整车均采用液压驱动,则采用液压马达型式;如输送机部分采用电力驱动,则两种型式均可。介绍胎带机的伸缩机构组成及工作原理,论述伸缩臂架结构和伸缩驱动装置的设计要点,给出伸缩驱动钢丝绳的具体缠绕方式和驱动功率的计算方法。Main structure of a conveyor mounted on wheel crane chassis consists of chassis, telescopic belt conveyor, slewing mechanism, luffing mechanism and mobile counterweight and the telescopic belt conveyor is the core work component among them. The telescopic belt conveyor is composed of two stage telescopic lattice frames, drive device for telescoping and rolling drum, support rollers, conveying belt, the most important among them is telescopic mechanism composed of telescopic lattice frame and drive device for telescoping. The two stage telescopic lattice frame is composed of three boom sections sleeve-mounted together, tail end of the outmost basic boom frame is pivot-connected respectively with slewing mechanism and luffing mechanism on the chassis; the inner two section booms can telescope freely like a retractive antenna to change the delivering distance of the conveyor and the operating radius. When designing the length of lattice frame, according to the given maximum delivering distance, rational determination of three section booms lengths are required in order to minimize the retracted length so that the longest telescopic stroke, the shortest delivering distance and broadest operating range are obtained. For drive mechanism designing, due to the excessive telescopic stroke of the lattice frame, 22~35m, and to minimize the deadweight, gear-rack mode or hydraulic cylinder mode are not suitable to drive the frame telescoping. All existing designs are of steel rope drive mode, that is, steel rope is employed as traction component for telescoping. For drive device selection, power source is the main concern. If hydraulic drive is utilized in basic machine, hydraulic motor type is preferred; or if electric power is applied in conveying part, two drive types, hydraulic or electric, are all acceptable.
