摘  要:由于轮胎吊的操作室和驾驶室合二为一,且处于整机的上车部分,同上车一起进行全回转,操作室对下车的控制信号以及下车的检测、反馈信号必须通过中央回转的碳刷来实现互相传输。探讨在保证上下车顺利通讯并准确控制下车各个执行机构工作的前提下,如何尽量减少中央回转碳刷数量,降低制造、维修成本的方法。通过比较分析得出将两个PLC分别置于该车的上下车部分,用1根三芯的屏蔽电缆在两个PLC间进行数据传输,通过对PLC编程来实现该种类型吊车上下车的控制和检测信号的传输。考虑到吊车的操作方便性,增加了触摸屏在上车的应用,通过触摸屏的触摸按钮来控制上车PLC,再通过上车PLC和下车PLC间互传数据,最终实现触摸屏控制下车各个电磁阀,并显示下车PLC传输上来的各个检测数据。经过改造的轮胎吊工作情况良好,改造成本较低。Operator compartment and driver compartment of a wheel crane are integrated into one compartment which is located on upper structure of the machine and can fully rotate with the structure. Control signals of the compartment, test and feedback signals from the under carriage are transmitted to and fro through central rotating carbon brushes. Methods to reduce the numbers of central rotating carbon brushes so to reduce costs of production and maintenance are discussed under the preconditions of ensuring successful communication between upper structure and under carriage and accurately controlling on the works of every actuators on the under carriage. After comparison analysis, two PLC are located respectively on upper and under structures, a three cores shield cable is used to transmit data between them. The PLCs are programmed to realize control and test signal transmission of upper and under structures. Considering the operation convenience of the crane, a touch screen is added on upper structure. Upper PLC is controlled by touching the screen buttons and data are transmitted to lower PLC to control each solenoid valves on under structures to finally realize control by touch screen. Every test data from under structure is also displayed on the screen. The improved wheel type crane operates satisfactorily and the improvement cost is relatively low.
