摘　　要：分析了在分子流态下差分真空系统中充气气流效应的存在,通过引入了差分比,定量计算出充气气流效应对差分真空系统的影响。Analyzes the existence of the filled gas flow effect on the large-aperture difference vacuum system, which is in form of molecular flow. A conclusion is drawn that the filled gas flow effect on the difference vacuum system can be calculated if introducing the definition of a difference ratio.
