摘　　要：铸件生产中树脂砂工艺对于提高产品质量有着重要意义。文中探讨了树脂砂工艺用于批量生产高压防爆电机铸铁件时存在的问题,如铸件材料质量控制、炉前控制、工艺工装设计等,并提出了相应的措施,取得了较好的成果。It is very important of resin - sand technology applied in casting for increasing the quality of the cast. The issues are pointed out those arose resin- sand technology applied in the production in bitch of casts used in high - voltage Ex motors, such as the quality control of casting, control of the temperatures and design of fixtures. In this article, some corresponding measures are put forward and they are satisfied as the results of verification for these measures.
