摘　　要：房屋增层改造涉及的建筑量大、面广、不确定因素多,文章就增层施工的原则、结构形式的选择、地震区房屋增层以及有关需要注意的问题做了简要介绍。Housing floor add covers many aspects and has large engineering quantity and many uncertain factors. The article introduces the problems, e.g. construction, structural choice, floor add in earthquake area and the precautions.
