摘　　要：目的首报1例以大疱性脓疱为主要表现的寻常型天疱疮。方法取疱液细菌培养,组织病理和直接免疫荧光,激素治疗观察。结果疱液细菌培养阴性;病理检查:皮肤组织表皮内基底层上棘层松解裂隙及疱形成,疱内见棘层松解细胞,直接免疫荧光:IgG、C3(+),沿表皮中下层细胞间网状沉积;激素治疗有良效。结论以大疱性脓疱表现的寻常型天疱疮经文献检索国内、外未见相同病例报道。Objective To report the first case of Pemphigus vulgaris with pustules bullosa.Methods Bacterial culture,histopathologic examination and clinical treatment were carried out in a 34 year-old male patient,who had pustule bullosa disease.Results Bacterial culture of pustules was negative.Histopathologic examination of cutaneous lesions demonstrated suprabasilar acanthlysis and blister formation.The presence of acantholytic cells were in the bulla cavity.The direct IF shows intercellular IgG throughout the epidermis,in acantholytic areas,C3 deposition was found.Corticosteroid therapy was effective.Conclusion A case of Pemphigus vulgaris with pustules bullosa was first reported.
