OPT光配合中药面膜治疗黄褐斑临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨OPT光配合中药面膜治疗黄褐斑的协同治疗作用。方法82例随机分为三组(A组:OPT光照射+中药膜;B组予中药面膜;C组予OPT光照射)。OPT光在病人色斑部位进行照射,隔月照射1次,共3次。B组患者在清洁面部后直接使用中药面膜。每周2次,共3个月。A组于OPT照射后1周开始予中药面膜,用法同B组。结果A组有效率为89.4%,B组50.0%,A组对轻、中、重度病例均有良效,A组与B组、A组与C组基愈率比较,差异均有显著性(P均<0.01),B组与C组基愈率比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论OPT光配合中药面膜治疗黄褐斑安全有效。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of OPT laser combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine face film for the treatment on chloasma. Methods 82 patients with chloasma were divided into three group：A （OPT ＋ TCM） , B （TCM） and C（OPT）. A and C were treated with OPT every month as well,A and B were treated with TCM face film twice a week for three monthes. Results The effective rate of treatment with OPT and TCM was 89.4% versus the B 50% and the C 45%. The efficacy of A was superior to the other two types（ P 〈 0.01 ）. The B and C had no significant difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The method of OPT laser combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine face film for the treatment on chloasma is effective and safe.
