摘　　要：实验研究了过热蒸汽流化床反应干燥一步法制备粒状MAP的工艺条件,在70 kPa,100～130℃,进料n(NH3)/n(H3PO4)为1.2～1.6条件下,床层操作稳定,制得了性状良好的球形磷酸一铵产品。An experiment is conducted to investigate the reaction- drying technology of onestep process for producing granular MAP with a superheated steam fluidized bed. The results show that the fluidized bed can work stably when the pressure is 70 kPa, the temperature within the range of 100-130 ℃ and the feeding molar fraction of NH3 to H3PO4 1.2-1.6. The spherical MAP product is obtained.
