摘 要:应用养分资源综合管理理论与技术研发了河南省优质小麦专用肥及其配套施肥技术,在豫北、豫南两地三点设计了空白、农民习惯施肥、专用肥3个处理的田间校验试验。结果表明,豫北华丰和豫南朱庄两点专用肥配合2次追氮处理的产量与习惯处理相比达到显著增产水平;3个试验点籽粒品质分析表明,专用肥处理小麦籽粒蛋白质、湿面筋含量平均提高1.04%和11.1%,稳定时间平均延长7.9 min;3个试验点习惯处理的氮素表观损失分别为112,208和204 kg/hm2,而专用肥处理为43,178和93 kg/hm2。A special fertilizer and its applying technique for high-quality wheat in Henan province are developed based on the integrated nutrient resource management. Three field trails are conducted in the north and south Henan province to test the special fertilizer's effects on yields and qualities of wheat. The control, traditional fertilization of farmers and special fertilizer treatments are designed in each experimental site. The results show that there is a significant difference on wheat yield between the special fertilizer and the traditional fertilization treatments in Huafeng of north Henan province and Zhuzhuang of south Henan province sites. The quality analysis of grain indicates that the protein content, wet gluten content and stable time of special fertilizer treatment are increased by 1.04%, 11.1% and 7.9 rain. respectively, compared to the treatment with traditional fertilization. The apparent nitrogen losses from traditional fertilization treatments in three sites are 112, 208 and 204kg/hm^2 respectively, and the apparent nitrogen losses from the special fertilizer treatments are only 43, 178 and 93 kg/hm^2 respectively.
