摘 要:浙江天童国家森林公园的常绿阔叶林在我国东南沿海地区具有代表性,在研究区内设置不同干扰方式下的5块样地,借助LI-6400型便携式光合测定系统对研究区内不同干扰背景下5块样地常绿阔叶林主要优势种之一的栲树幼苗、幼树的光合生理生态特性进行了测定。比较了不同干扰背景下栲树幼苗、幼树的净光合作用速率、蒸腾作用速率、水分利用效率、表观量子效率等生理生态指标。结果表明,去除乔木层的样地1,2,3中栲树幼苗、幼树的净光合速率与蒸腾速率要高于仅保留乔木层的样地4和对照样地5,水分利用效率和表观量子效率则低于样地5和样地4。应用统计分析软件对净光合作用速率与诸生理生态影响因子的相关性进行分析,同时使用逐步回归的方法建立光合速率和诸影响因子之间的回归方程模型,栲树幼苗:Pn=-2.399+0.205Ta+43.209Gs,栲树幼树:Pn=-2.265+0.006PAR-3.915Vpdl+0.364Ta+38.121Gs,在α=0.05水平上,两个方程均有显著性意义,有良好的预测性。The Tiantong national forest park of Zhejiang Province boasts evergreen broad-leaved forest (EBLF) representative of the southeastern seaboard of China. Castanopsisfargesii is the most extensively distributed EBLF species in the subtropical zone and the main dominant species of the Tiantong forest, Five plots were established, each of which had a unique disturbance regime, to study photosynthetic ecophysiology of C. fargesii. The LI-6400 portable photosynthesis system was used. By comparative analysis of daily variances of net photosynthesis (Pn), transpiration (E), water use efficiency (WUE), and apparent quanta efficiency (AQE), we found that net photosynthesis and transpiration were higher in the tree-less plots ( Plots 1, 2, & 3) than in the shrub-less plot ( Plot 4) and the control plot ( Plot 5). This might be a result of the high levels of photosynthetic active radiation (PAR) in the tree-less plots. WUE and AQE in plot 5 and plot 4 were higher than in the tree-less plots. Using Spss for windows ( Version 11.5 ), we established correlation matrices of photosynthetic rate and factors affecting C. fargesii seedlings and saplings in the differently disturbed plots. Ta (ecological factor) and Gs (physiological factor) are the foremost factors affecting C. fargesii seedlings; PARi, Tair, Vpdl, and Gs are the main factors affecting C. fargesii saplings. Using the stepwise regression method, we established linear regression equations of photosynthetic rate and various affecting factors. At α = 0.05, the two following equations are statistically significant and have good predictive power. C. fargesii seedings: P, = -2. 399 + 0. 205Tn + 43.209Gs; C. fargesii saplings: P. = -2.265 + 0.006PAR - 3.915Vpdl + 0.364Tn + 38. 121Gs.
