摘 要:目的 建立复方百部止咳颗粒中百部的鉴别以及苦杏仁苷含量的测定方法.方法 采用薄层色谱法进行定性鉴别,高效液相色谱法进行含量测定.结果 在薄层色谱上供试品与对照药材色谱相应位置上显相同的红棕色斑点,缺百部的阴性对照无相应斑点.苦杏仁苷在进样量0.4768~1.6688 μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.99990).平均加样回收率为101.7%,RSD=2.0%(n=6).结论 方法简便、可靠、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制.Objective To establish an identification and determination method for amygdalin and radix stemonae in compound BAIBU ZHIKE granules. Methods The thin-layer chromatography (TLC) technique was used to identify Radix Stemonae. High efficiency liquid chromatography (HPLC)was used to measure the content of Amygdalin. Results The TLC identification of the drug was highly specific and the spots were clear and concentrated;and there were no same spots as detecting the negative contrast drugs. When injection value was between 0. 4768-1. 6688 μg, there was a good linear relation between the injection value and measured peak area for Amygdalin. The average recov ery rate was 101.7%, RSD= 2, 0 %. Conclusion This standard was convenient, effective and accurate for the quality control of compound Baibu Zhike granules.
