摘  要:利用机理分析方法建立并改进轧钢加热炉中钢坯温度的预报模型,得出一定条件下炉温分布与钢温变化惟一对应的特点,据此提出一种以优化钢坯升温曲线来逆推炉温分布的新方法。这种逆推法更加有利于实现多目标的优化。对钢坯升温优化模型中目标函数及约束条件进行分析,更全面地兼顾了钢坯质量与节能,使炉温设定更符合生产目标。该方法在优化问题的求解方面更为简单,运算速度更快,更利于实时控制。A predictive model of the billet temperature is established and improved by mechanism analysis. According to the characteristic of furnace temperature distributing corresponds with the billet temperature uniquely under some condition, a new method that the furnace temperature distributing can be conversely reasoned by optimizing the billet temperature curve is proposed. The converse illation method is better in favor of realizing muti-objected optimization. The objective function and restrictions in the model is analyzed, with giving attention to more things to billet' s quality and saving energy, and the temperature setting of the furnace is made to accord with the aim of producing process better. Besides, this method is easier to solve optimal problem with faster operation speed, and in favor of real-time control.
