片梭织机开车痕疵布的产生原因及解决措施

摘　　要：分析片梭织机开车痕疵布的产生原因及解决措施。根据开车痕疵布在布面呈现的特点,分为半幅性开车痕疵布和全幅性开车痕疵布,半幅性开车痕疵布的产生原因主要有经轴退绕张力不一致、织机差动系统运转不良、托布架两边高低不同、织轴运转不良等,全幅性开车痕疵布产生原因主要有停车位置不正确、卷取机构不良、托布架位置不正确、送经机构故障、人为操作不良等。有针对性地采取技术措施,可减少开车痕疵布,提高产品质量。Generating reason and resolving measures of starting marks in projectile loom were analyzed, starting marksivided into semi - width and whole width according to specialty of starting marks . The generating reason of semi - width starting marks defective goods is the unevenness tension of warp beam unwinding, worse operation of differential system of loom, different height of clothes bar, worse operation of loom beam and so on. And the generating reasons of whole width starting marks is wrong stop position, worse take - up mechanism, wrong clothes bar position, fault of let - off mechanism, worse personnel operation and so on. According to this reasons, technology measures are adopted to reduce starting marks defective goods and enhance product quality.
