摘  要:利用水渣为主要原料开发了一种新型曝气生物滤池填料,并以陶粒为参比填料,通过改变进水pH值和氨氮负荷等工艺参数,研究了水渣填料去除氨氮的特性.试验结果表明:水渣曝气生物滤池较陶粒曝气生物滤池具有更明显的去除氨氮的效果.在进水pH值为5.2~5.5,进水氨氮浓度分别为16、32、64 mg/L时,水渣曝气生物滤池对氨氮的平均去除率分别为90.63%、85.39%、63.46%,这是因为该填料能够溶出CaCO3,为硝化反应提供了碱度;而陶粒曝气生物滤池则因碱度不足而导致对氨氮的去除率较低.水渣曝气生物滤池内的pH值沿水流方向呈逐渐升高的趋势,而陶粒曝气生物滤池的则相反.当处理pH值较低而氨氮浓度较高的原水时,与传统的陶粒曝气生物滤池相比,水渣曝气生物滤池更能显示出在去除氨氮方面的优势.A new-type filter medium was developed using granulated slag as main material. Taking haydite as control, the performance of the granulated slag media for ammonia nitrogen removal was investigated by changing the influent pH values and ammonia nitrogen loading. The results show that the BAF filled with granulated slag has higher ammonia nitrogen removal efficiency than that with haydite. When the influent ammonia nitrogen concentrations are 16 mg/L, 32 mg/L and 64 mg/L respectively and pH value varies from 5.2 to 5.5, the ammonia nitrogen removal rate of the BAF filled with granulated slag averages 90.63%, 85.39% and 63.46%, respectively. In the BAF filled with granulated slag, the media can sufficiently supply alkalinity by dissolving CaCO3. On the contrary, in the BAF filled with haydite, the lack of alkalinity supply results in a gradual decrease in nitrification efficiency. Consequently, the granulated slag appears more superior to the traditional haydite when treating raw water with low pH value and high ammonia nitrogen concentration.
