摘　　要：征润州污水处理厂在实际运行中,根据城市污水非稳态以及主体处理工艺(CAST)的特点,确定了不同季节适宜的运行模式;对实际进水水质、水量与设计值出现偏差的原因进行了分析,并提出有效的调整改进措施,特别是在提高污水处理能力和运行管理水平方面积累了一定的经验。Aimed at the urban wastewater instability and main treatment process characteristics of Zhengrunzhou Wastewater Treatment Plant, the optimum operation modes in different seasons were determined. Based on the analysis of deviation of the influent quality and quantity from the design data, effective improvement measures were put forward. Some experience in improvement of wastewater treatment capability and operation management level was accumulated.
