摘　　要：目的 探讨鼻内镜下联合微波及微型电动切削器切除腺样体肥大的可行性.方法 用鼻内镜联合微波在电视监视器下用电动切削器切除腺样体肥大患儿72例.结果 随访1～3个月所有患儿均治愈.结论 鼻内镜联合微波及微型电动切削器切除腺样体肥大安全、高效,是可推广的手术方法.Objective To explore the feasibility of powered microdebrider and microwave treating adenoidal hypertrophy under endoscopy. ＂Methods Seventy-two patients with adenoid hypetrophy were subjected to adenoidectomy by endoscopic powered microdebrider and microwave. Results During a follow-up period of 3 months, all patients were cured. Conclusion This procedure is safe, effective and easy to operate in clinical practice.
