大剂量参附液治疗婴幼儿哮喘的临床与实验研究

摘　　要：目的研究参附液治疗婴幼儿哮喘的临床疗效。方法用随机分组的方法,观察不同剂量参附液、地塞米松对婴幼儿哮喘的止喘时间、哮鸣音消失时间、血气分析、复发率、血清总IgE等变化,并通过动物实验观察不同剂量参附液对模型小鼠的影响。结果在急性期,大剂量参附液组与地塞米松组疗效比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),但在持续降低血清总IgE、减少哮喘发作等方面均较地塞米松组为优(P<0.05或P<0.01),对患儿肝肾功能无影响。动物实验结果显示,大剂量参附液可有效地改善模型小鼠淋巴细胞亚群指标(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论大剂量参附液可安全有效地防治婴幼儿哮喘,无明显副作用。Objective To observe the effect of Chinese herbal medicine Shenfu Liquid for infant asthma. Methods Totally 150 cases were randomized equally into three groups. The time of stopping asthma and time of stopping wheezing, blood gas analysis, recurrence rate and serum IgE of infant asthma patients treated by different dosages of Shenfu Liquid and dexamethasone were observed. Results At the acute stage, the effect of large dosage Shenfu Liquid group and dexamethasone group was without significant difference （P〉0.05）. But in lowering serum IgE and reducing the asthma attacks, the effect of Shefu Liquid was superior to that of dexamethasone （P〈0. 01）, without toxic effect on liver and kidney. Conclusion The large dosage Shenfu Liquid is safe and effective in preventing and treating infant asthma, without side-effect.
