大学人文精神与和谐校园的构建

摘　　要：大学人文精神对构建和谐校园具有重要意义。大学人文精神是和谐校园的精神内核,是大学生全面发展的内在构成,也是提升人才素质并促进社会发展的强大动力。培育大学人文精神、构建和谐校园的路径在于转变教育观念,加强人文教育,建设先进校园文化,确立制度保障和提高教师人文素质等向度。The humanistic spirit is of such important significance to the formation of a harmonious campus that this spirit is the spiritual kernel of a harmonious campus, the innate constitution of a college student＇s all- round development and also a powerful stimulus to the enhancement of talented people＇s qualities and to the promotion of social development. The way to nurture the humanistic spirit and to form a harmonious campus is to change our educational notions, strengthen humanistic education, build an advanced campus culture, establish the institutional guarantee and improve the humanistic qualities of college teachers.
