摘 要:采用Marsh筒法与流变仪法研究了掺萘系高效减水剂(FDN-5R)和掺聚羧酸高效减水剂(3350C)的新拌水泥浆体的Marsh时间和流变性能,并对其相关性做了初步探讨。结果表明,高效减水剂的掺入可以明显减少新拌水泥浆中的絮凝结构,极大的降低屈服应力和表观粘度。回滞圈面积由大到小的顺序为:空白样>掺萘系试样>掺聚羧酸系试样,特别是掺有聚羧酸系的试样,由于空间位阻效应,上升阶段与下降阶段的曲线几乎重合,回滞圈面积趋于零。随着高效减水剂掺量的增加,剪切应力、表观粘度、触变性均减小。Marsh时间与流变仪测定的粘度基本成线性关系。Marsh cone flow time and rheological properties of fresh cement paste with superplasticizers is studied, which are FDN-5R, a type of naphthalene sulfonic acid based condensate, 3350C, a type of polycarboxylate superplasticizer,by Marsh cone and rheometer.Results show that superplasticizers can reduce the flocculation structure of fresh cement paste obviously and reduce the yield stress and apparent viscosity.The turn of thixotropic property is:blank sample 〉 FDN-5R 〉 3350C, especially the sample with 3350Cs curve of upward and downward almost match together and the thixotropic property drives to zero.Shearing stress, apparent viscosity and thixotropic property are decreased by the superplasticizer adding.The relationship between Marsh cone flow time and viscosity tested by rheometer is linear relationship basically.
