摘 要:提出了一种新颖的对称控制 ZCS-PWM 半桥变换器。与传统的不对称半桥变换器相比,该变换器在变压器的副边电路中增加了一条由辅助开关管、谐振电容和谐振电感串联组成的辅助支路,其主开关管不仅工作在对称状态,而且变换器能在整个负载范围内实现主开关管和辅助开关管的零电流开关以及所有二极管的零电压开关。本文详细分析该变换器的工作原理和工作特性,给出了实现软开关的条件和主要参数的设计方法,仿真和实验研究表明该变换器具有优良的性能。This paper presents a novel Zero-Current-Switching (ZCS) half-bridge dc/dc converter with symmetrical pulse-width-modulated (PWM) control method. Compared with conventional half-bridge topology, a branch comprising an auxiliary switch and a capacity is added in secondary circuit. The main switches conduct symmetrically and can achieve ZCS of all the active switches and zero-voltage-switching (ZVS) of all the passive semiconductor devices from no-load up to full load. Based on the analysis of the fundamental principles and characters, the condition to achieve ZCS and the key parameters design of the proposed novel ZCS-PWM half-bridge converter are given in detail. The performance of this new ZCS-PWM half bridge converter is confirmed by simulation and experimental results obtained from a 1 kW, 30 kHz prototype.
