摘　　要：介绍了嵌入式微处理器 PXA255及其集成的 LCD 控制器,分析了 TFT-LCD 的基本原理,结合它们的特点和工作时序,设计了LCD 的硬件驱动接口电路,以 Linux 为嵌入式操作系统,设计了相应的驱动程序,能显示清晰稳定的画面,由于 Linux 平台下的驱动程序具有很强的移植性,因而该显示驱动不仅适用于楼字自动化系统,略作变化后还可应用于其它嵌入式系统中。The embedded microprocessor PXA255 and its integrated LCD controller are introduced, the basic principle of TFT-LCD is also analyzed. Combining with their characteristics and the timing sequence, the hardware drive interface circuits are designed, then making Linux as embedded operation system, the correspond drive software is designed. As a result, the clear and stable pictures can be shown on the LCD. Because the software can be well transplanted, thus the display drive not only is suitable for the building automation system, but also the other embedded systems with a few changes.
