摘　　要：介绍了以 EM78P458单片机和 TOP234开关电源电路为核心的低成本电动自行车智能充电器。优选充电控制参数,采用恒流、恒压和涓流等改进的三段充电模式,对电池进行充电,并可对受损电池进行脉冲自动修复。此充电器具有优良运行特性,已投入批量生产。In this paper the intelligent charger for electric bicycle of low cost is introduced, which is formed of EM78P458 MCU and the TOP234 switch power supply as core. The optimum seeking charging control parameters and the improved 3 segment charge pattern as constant current charge, constant voltage charge, and tiny current charge are used to charge for batteryare. The damage battery can be restored automatically with pluse. This charger have fine operation property and have been producted in batch.
