废旧聚乙烯醇缩丁醛膜的脱色研究

摘  要:采用"选择性溶解色素-蒸发回收溶剂"的技术方案,以脱色剂TSJ-1311为溶剂,成功地实现了废旧聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)膜片的脱色,得到了无色透明的PVB再生膜片,配合减压蒸发操作,达到了溶剂循环利用的目的,同时回收了色素与增塑剂。研究表明,选择性溶解色素过程中,最佳的单级脱色时间为40min,单级液料比为30∶1,脱色级数为3次。回收溶剂时的温度和压强条件是55℃、0.07MPa(真空度),分离色素与增塑剂的温度和压强条件是230℃、0.08MPa(真空度)。红外光谱分析表明,脱色过程并未影响PVB树脂的组成及结构。Waste polyvinylbutyrat (PVB) film was treated with decolor reagent TSJ-1311 as the solvent, transparent PVB film was recovered. The solvent and the extracted pigment and plasticizer were subsequently recovered via a decompressed evaporation process. It showed that the optimal decolor condition was: the weight ratio of solvent to film 30 : 1, rinsing three times for 40 min each. The solvent was recovered at 55 ℃ and 0.07 MPa, the pigment and plasticizer were separated at 230 ℃ and 0.08 MPa. IR spectra indicated that the decolorization process didn't influence the composition and microstructure of PVB.
