摘　　要：目的了解近视患者接受准分子激光手术前的心理健康状况，为手术筛选提供心理学方面的依据。方法采用症状自量表（SCL-90）对欲求准分子激光手术的800名连续病例进行术前的心理测评，并与常模进行比较。结果SCL-90的6个因子均分、总分及阳性项目总数均高于国内常模，差异有显著性。各因子痛苦水平达中度以上的人数占0．28％～3，3％。结论准分子激光手术患者术前的心理压力大于正常青年组，术前心理评估非常必要，对于存在心理障碍的患者应避免手术，而对心理压力过大的病人应进行心理疏导。Objective To study the states of mental health of the myopic patients before excimer laser surgery, assist to screen patients who have psychological problems. Methods 800 successive patients who wanted to be operated excimer laser surgery were tested by Symptom Checklist 90（SCL-90）, and compared with Chinese norm. Results Scores of 6 factors, total score and positive items were higher than norm. The variances were significant. 0.28%-3.3% of the patients whose scores in at least one factor were more than 3. Conclusion The myopic patients before excimer laser surgery has more psychological pressure than control group. It＇s important to evaluate the mental states of the myopia patients who will receive laser surgery. Those who have severe symptom should receive psychological therapy at first.
