摘 要:目的:探讨淋球菌(NG)、沙眼衣原体(CT)、溶脲脲原体(UU)、单纯疱疹病毒2型(HSV-2)和弓形体(Tox)感染与不孕症之间的关系。方法:采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)检测157例不孕症患者,同时采用单对引物PCR和复合PCR对照NG、CT和UU的检测结果,选择有孕育史的77例健康个体作为对照。结果:NG、CT、UU、HSV-2和Tox检出率分别是9.58%、22.08%、33.75%、5.42%和3.75%,NG、CT和UU检出率均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),重叠感染率为22.29%(35/157)。单对引物PCR和复合PCR检出符合率分别是NG100%、CT91.18%和UU81.13%。结论:NG、CT和UU感染与不孕不育症密切相关,并且不孕症患者可出现多种病原体的重叠感染。Objective: To elucidate the association of N. gonorrhoeae (NG), chlamydia trachomatis (CT), ureaplasma urealyticum (UU) , herpes simplex virus (HSV), and toxoplasma (Tox) infection and infertile disease in women and men and to set up the simple method in detecting co -infection. Methods: Five pathogens were examined respectively by PCR technique in 157 infertile patients assigned as monitored groups, 77 normal procreation assigned as control groups. Clinical specimens were also examined by multi - PCR. The positive rates were then compared between monitored groups and control groups. Results: There were significant differences in the positive rate of NG, CT and UU between monitored groups and control groups. The co - infection rate was 22.29% (35/157) . There were the accord rate of NG 100%, CT 91.18% and UU 81.13% between single - PCR and multi -PCR. Conclusion: The infertility in women and men is closely correlated with NG, CT, and UU infection. The rate of virus co - infection in infertile patients is higher.
