摘　　要：某企业APMP车间的DCS控制系统,由于系统停滞时间较长,适应性和协调性不能满足要求,中轻国际工程有限公司承担了DCS控制系统的改造设计。本文介绍了DCS控制系统在APMP生产线的改造和应用情况,阐述了控制基本点、关键控制部位及联锁要求,重点论述了盘磨机和化学品制备的控制。China BCEL International Engineering Co., Ltd. performed the design of the reformation of DCS control system in the APMP system of certain enterprises for it could not meet the requirement in adaptability and compatibility because the dead time of the system was long. The paper introduces the reformation and application of the DCS control system in APMP system and expounds the fundamental points of control, key control position and linkage requirement with the emphasis on the control of disk refiner and chemicals preparation site.
