摘　　要：根据贵州茶叶加工业的现状、存在的主要问题、发展的有利条件和发展前景,提出了贵州省茶叶加工业"十一五"发展的指导思想、基本原则与发展目标和规划布局,明确了六个方面的重点发展项目和五个方面的主要保证措施。The guiding ideology, basic principle, and development aim and plan of tea process industry during the 11th five-year Plan is put forward, and six key development items and five main guarantor measures are defined according to its current situation, main problems, development favourable conditions and prospect in Guizhou,
