摘　　要：加强央行执政能力建设,关系着党在金融业的执政能力,关系着国家的稳定与发展。因此,必须深刻认识加强央行执政能力建设的重要性,科学分析加强央行执政能力建设应具备的条件和素质,揭示加强央行执政能力建设的对策。Strengthening the construction of the ability to be in power of the central bank affects the ability to be in power of the Party in finance and national stability and development. So, we must realize its importance, scientificly analize its necessary conditions and qualities, reveal its countermeasures.
