摘 要:目的探讨绝经妇女体成分与血脂的相关关系。方法测定100名绝经妇女的BMI、脂肪含量、E2及血脂(TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C),对年龄、绝经年限、E2、体成分(BMI、脂肪含量)与血脂的相关关系进行分析。结果(1)BMI及脂肪含量与TG呈正相关,相关系数r分别为0.650、0.698(P<0.01);BMI及脂肪含量与TC呈正相关,r分别为0.426、0.430(P<0.01);BMI及脂肪含量与HDL呈负相关,r分别为-0.319、-0.385(P<0.01);年龄、绝经年限、E2与血脂均无明显相关性。(2)消除年龄、绝经年限、E2的影响,BMI及脂肪含量与TG的r分别为0.593、0.661(P<0.01),BMI及脂肪含量与TC的r分别为0.371、0.382(P<0.01),BMI及脂肪含量与HDL的r分别为-0.238(P<0.05)、-0.300(P<0.01)。(3)年龄与体成分(BMI、脂肪含量)呈正相关,r分别为0.294、0.320(P<0.01);E2与体成分(BMI、脂肪含量)呈正相关,r分别为0.236(P<0.05)、0.271(P<0.01)。(4)BMI与脂肪含量高度相关,相关系数为0.901(P<0.01)。两者关系可拟合方程脂肪含量(%)=1.477BMI(kg/m2),R值为0.998,R2为0.996(P<0.001)。结论绝经妇女体成分(BMI、脂肪含量)与血脂具有相关性,控制绝经妇女的体重(脂肪含量)过度增长将有助于预防其心血管疾病的发生。Objective To investigate the relationship between body composition and blood lipids in postmenopausal women. Methods In 100 postmenopausal women, body mass index(BMl), body fat mass, the levels of total cholesterol( TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C) and high density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C) were measured. Results (1)BMI and body fat mass both had a positive correlation with TG( r = 0.650 and 0.698 respectively, P 〈 0.01). BMI and body fat mass both showed a positive correlation with TC ( r = 0.426 and 0.430 respectively, P 〈 0.01). BMI and body fat mass both had a negative correlation with HDL( r = -0.319 and -0.385 respectively, P 〈 0.01). There was no obvious correlation between lipids and age, years since menopause and E2 level. (2)Independent of age, years since menopause and E2 level, BMI and body fat mass still showed a positive correlation with TG( r = 0.661 and 0.593 respectively, P 〈 0.01). BMI and body fat mass also showed a positive correlation with TC( r = 0.371 and 0.382 respectively, P 〈0.01). BMI and body fat mass showed a negative correlation with HDL (r = - 0.238 and - 0.300 respectively, P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01). (3)Age was positively correlated with BMI and body fat mass( r = 0.294 and 0.320 respectively, P 〈 0.01) ;E2 level also showed a positive correlation with BMI and body fat mass( r = 0.236 and 0.271 respectively, P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01). (4)BMI was highly positively correlated with body fat mass( r = 0.901, P 〈 0.01). The relationship between them could be expressed with an equation body fat mass (%) = 1.477BMl(kg/m2) (r=0.998, r2 =0.996, P〈0.001). Conclusions Body composition is correlated with blood lipids in postmenopausal women. In order to protect postmenopausal women from cardiovascular diseases, their weight gain control is very important.
