摘　　要：了解大学生的创业意愿、创业素质和创业能力的状况是实施创业教育,培养创业能力,指导创业活动的前提。当前,大学生对创业表现出高度认同和强烈兴趣,对创业的理解较理性,渴求创业理论的指导,但对参加各种创业竞赛兴趣不大,创业准备不足,创业精神、创新意识、创业技能、企业运作和市场知识等创业素质较为匮乏。为此,需要采取有效措施,对大学生实施创业教育,培养大学生的创业能力。Finding out the situation of the University students＇ undertaking wishes, quality and ability is the prerequisite to implement enterprise education, cultivate undertaking ability and direct undertaking activities. At present, university students present high approval and interest in starting business, they have rational comprehension about enterprise and desire for theoretical guidance; however, they have little interest in taking part in undertaking competition. Their preparation for undertaking is insufficient and they lack undertaking qualities, including initiative spirit, innovation awareness, technical ability, enterprise operation, market knowledge and so on. Therefore, it is necessary to take measures to conduct undertaking education for university students to improve their undertaking ability.
