摘　　要：目的：利用裸鼠背部皮肤的即刻扩张术探讨扩张时间和周期对扩张效果的影响。方法：将６０只裸鼠分为两组，并制成背部皮瓣。用Ｆｏｌｅｙ氏导管为扩张器，注入６ｍｌ生理盐水扩张皮瓣。第一组扩张时间为３ｍｉｎ，扩张２次，第二组扩张时间６ｍｉｎ，扩张１次。观察和分析皮瓣的微循环血流量、活力、张力和长度的变化。结果：两组动物之间，术后皮瓣的微循环血流量、活力和长度均无明显差异，而６ｍｉｎ１次扩张组的术后皮瓣张力的降低比３ｍｉｎ２次扩张组的显著。结论：扩张的效果与扩张持续的时间有关。６ｍｉｎ１次扩张优于３ｍｉｎ２次扩张。Objective:To determine whether the result of rapid intraperative tissue expansion (RITE) is better than that of simple subcutaneous exclusion in a nude mice mode of myocutaneous flap recently developed in our laboratory.Methods:90 SKHI nude mice were divided into three groups and each had 30 mice.In group 1,the flaps were subjected to simple subcutaneous exclusion,the flaps in group 2 were expanded with a Foley catheter 6 ml in volume for 3 minutes,the flaps in group 3 were expand twice in the same way as group 2 at an interval of 3 minutes.Volume of microcirculation,viability and the tension relieved and length gained of the flaps were observed and measured by tensiometer,Doppler flowmeter and computer.Results:There was no significant difference in volume of microcirculation and viability of the flaps among three groups.However,compared with other two groups,the tension relieved and length gained of the flaps in group 3 were more significant.Conclusions:The expanding effect of twice RITE is better than other methods.
