摘　　要：研制了新型纸塑醋丙型乳液胶粘剂,为了改善乳液的性能,采用了核壳结构的制备工艺。加入了交联单体,提高核壳的交联度;使用了反应性的乳化剂,不但减少小分子乳化剂的迁移,还和交联体系进行了反应;链转移剂的加入可以改善聚合物的相对分子质量分布,使初粘力和粘接强度达到更好的平衡;并讨论了加入增粘乳液对乳液性能的影响。The paper shows a new way to make paper-plastic adhesive by the chemical components as vinyl acetate and acrylate. In order to improve emulsion performance and stability, the core-shell techniques was studied. Add the crosslinking monomer to improve core-shell interpenetrating network. Using the active emulsify agent not only decrease the transfer of small emulsify molecule but also graft to polymer. Chain transfer agent may improve distributions of polymers and get the balance between tack and strength. Effect of rosin tackifying emulsify was studied.
