摘　　要：在卫生部医政司的指导及地方政府和学校的支持下,从1995年初开始了深化医院改革、创建三级特等医院的工作。经过探索、创新与实践,在以医疗为主体创建“三特”医院的同时,加强了对科学研究的管理工作,取得了一定的经验。The authors describe their hospital' s pioneering, intensive and effective explorations and practices in striving to create A-level special-class hospital, which takes high levels of medical services. especially in difficult and complicated cases, as the main tasks, and at the same time also makes corresponding efforts to develop scientific researches in priority projects in order to constantly prefect quality and efficiency of clinical and teaching work.
