摘　　要：网络文化是科技与文化创新的产物。在我国构建和谐社会和和谐文化的大背景下,网络文化的文明程度和其安全性,将直接影响到和谐文化的构建。因此,构建网络和谐文化必须从构建网络文化产业发展的监管体系和构建优秀网络文化产品的保护体系等方面入手,才能使网络文化与和谐文化的构建相辅相成。Network culture is the outcome of technique and cultural innovation. In our country, civilized level and safety of network influence the construction of harmonious culture directly. Therefore, the construction of network harmonious culture must begin with the construction of supervising system of the development of network culture and protecting system of excellent network culture production. Then, we Can match the network culture with harmonious culture.
