贵州锦屏侗族6项群体遗传学特征研究

摘　　要：目的:了解贵州锦屏侗族群体遗传特征。方法:采用整群随机抽样方法对锦屏侗族499人(男性222人、女性277人)6对遗传性状进行活体观察。结果:锦屏侗族人群蒙古褶、上眼皮皱褶、鼻梁侧面观、鼻孔形状、发型和耳垂的显性基因频率分别为0.2957、0.3314、0.0983、0.5641、0.4212、0.0106。其中男性分别为0.2831、0.2171、0.1403、0.5352、0.4388、0.0091,女性分别为0.3029、0.4160、0.0721、0.5841、0.04109、0.0116。结论:这些遗传学特征对探讨锦屏侗族起源、分化、演进,以及与其他民族之间的渊源关系具有重要意义。Objective： To nvestigate the genetic characters of the Dong nationality poputation in Jinping, Guizhou. methods： A survey on somatoscopy of the Dong nationality population in Jinping, GuiZhou was carried out by the cluster and random sampling, method, Their parents, grandparents and maternal grandparents are of the same ethnics. Results： the frequencies of dominant genes of the mongoloid folds, eye folds of the upper eyelids, nastril profiles, nastril forms, hair forms and ear Lopes in the Dong nationality of Jinping were 0.295 7, 0. 331 4, 0.098 3, 0. 564 1, 0. 421 2, 0. 010 6, while the male＇s of those were 0. 283 1, 0.217 1, 0.1403, 0.535 2, 0.438 8, 0.009 1, the female, s of those were 0. 302 9, 0.4160, 0.072 1, 0. 584 1, 0. 410 9, 0. 011 6 respectively. Conclusion： These traits are very important for discussing the origin, defferention, evolution of Dong in Jinping of Guizhou. It also plays a major role in exploring the relahionship between the Dong nationalility and other ethnic populations.
