摘 要:采用媒介染料和由0.6%(owf)的重铬酸盐及3%(owf)媒染剂WSB组成的新型媒染体系对澳大利亚羊毛进行了低铬染色.与传统染色体系中媒染铬系数一般为0.30~0.40的情况相比,在上述染色体系中,媒染铬系数降低到了0.14,从而使媒染残浴中无论是Cr(Ⅵ)还是Cr (Ⅲ)的含量都降低到了一个极低的水平,符合排放标准.通过低铬染色,羊毛毛条在其后加工过程中的性能得到了显著的改善.Australian wool was dyed in a low chrome dyeing process with as less as 0.6% (owf) of dichromate together with a newly invented coordinating compound coded as WSB (3%, owf) as the mordant system. The chrome factor was reduced to 0.14 as compared to 0. 30~0. 40 in traditional chrome dyeing, which resulted in the extremely low chromium contents of both Cr(Ⅳ) and Cr( Ⅲ ) in the residual chroming bath to meet the requirements of safe discharge. Low chrome dyeing tends to improve the behavior of the wool tops in the subsequent manufacturing processes. This investigation was mainly in the forms of both industrial trial in a domestic enterprise and laboratory research.
