摘 要:为了对废发泡塑料再生利用,将废发泡塑料进行熔融减量化处理、冷却破碎后生成废发泡塑料骨料.由于废发泡塑料骨料导热性差、密度小,本文提出了利用废发泡塑料修筑道路防冻胀层的方法.在室内,对废发泡塑料稳定路基土和基层材料的力学性能和隔热性能进行了试验,并修筑了试验路,实验证明,掺加废发泡塑料骨料可以提高路基土、特别是软弱黏性土路基的承载力.同时在基层或路基土中掺加废发泡塑料骨料可以大幅度降低道路的冻结深度;掺加废发泡塑料可以有效降低道路冻结深度,在施工工艺和防冻效果方面具有优良的性能.In order to recycle waste foamed plastic materials, the waste materials were firstly melt, then cooled and crushed, and so the waste foamed plastics aggregate (called EPS aggregate) are obtained. Because the heat conductivity of EPS aggregate is very low and density is also small, the EPS aggregate is proposed to be used to construct anti-freezing base course of road in this study for decreasing the frost depth and freezing heave. The CBR test and freezing test of mixture was performed in the laboratory, and a test road was constructed on the site. Result shows that EPS aggregate can improve the bearing capacity (CBR) of the roadbed material, especially when the roadbed material is weak clay. Meanwhile the frost depth of roadbed and base course that contains the EPS aggregate is reduced to a large extent, A this result is also proved by the site test of pavement. So mixing EPS aggregate can reduce the frost depth of road, which can improve the stability of road in freezing area.
