摘  要:2004-2006年在甘肃省农业科学院镇原试验站旱农试验基地进行盆栽试验,研究了不同程度、不同时期水分胁迫对冬小麦生长发育及产量的影响。结果表明,随着水分胁迫程度的加剧,冬小麦株高、穗长、根系生长、叶面积以及籽粒产量受到的抑制作用逐渐增强,重度水分胁迫比对照正常供水减产55.6%、株高降低27.0 cm、穗长降低1.2 cm、根系干重减少3.2 g/盆、叶面积减少39.2%。拔节期和孕穗期水分胁迫对冬小麦籽粒产量、有效穗数、穗粒数、株高、穗长和无效小穗数影响最大,而对千粒重影响最敏感的时期是灌浆期。The effects of different degree and period of water stress on the growth and yield of winter wheat were studied under pot-cultivated condition in Zhengyuan dry-land farming experiment base of Gansu academy of agricultural sciences during 2004--29006. The result shows that the more disadvantage affected plant height, length of spike, root growth, leaf area and yield of winter wheat along with the increasing degree of water stress, the yield, plant height, length of spike, dry weight of root and leaf area compared with those under well water decreased by 55. 6%, 27.0 cm, 1. 2 cm, 3.2 g/pot, 39.2%, respectively, under the severe water stress. Yield, the amount of fertile spike per pot, number of grains per spike, plant height, length of spike and number of sterile spikelets per spike were most heavily affected at jointing and booting stage and the sensitive stage to 1000-grain weight was at filling stage.
