风洞噪声对左室舒张功能影响的多普勒超声研究

摘  要:用多普勒超声对63名航空、航天风洞科研、试验人员上班前和下班后进行左室舒张功能检测。结果表明,上班接触91.5~101.5dB(A)噪声后,左心室舒张功能指标舒张早期流速峰值(PE)、舒张早期流速时间积分(SE)、舒张早期快速充盈加速度(EAC)降低,舒张晚期流速时间积分(SA)、舒张晚期流速峰值(PA)与PE比值(PA/PE)增高;工龄越长,班后PE、SE降低和PA、PA/PE的增高值较班前越大。提示强风洞噪声对左室舒张功能有一定的影响。Sixty three aeronautic and astronautic researchers working in the wind tunnels were examined with the doppler ultrasonic instrument before and after their work shifts. It was found that the diastolic function indices such as PE, SE and EAC of their left ventricles were reduced while SA and PA/PE increased after they worked in the wind tunnels with noise of 91.5-101.5dB(A). It indicated that the strong noise would have some effects on the diastolic function of left ventricle of heart.
