摘　　要：目的研究早期预测妊娠期高血压疾病(hypertensive disorder complication pregnancy)的方法,旨在加强妊娠期高血压疾病的临床监控和管理。方法回顾性分析3005例产前筛查Down′s综合征孕妇中的妊娠相关血浆蛋白-A(pregnancy-associated plasma protein-A,PAPP-A)水平与妊娠期高血压疾病发病的相关性。结果3005例产前进行Down′s综合征筛查的孕妇中,40例孕28～孕38周时,发生妊娠期高血压疾病。这40例患者孕早、中期的血清PAPP-A的中位数的倍数(multiples of the median,MOM)值均明显升高,病例组与对照组比较,差异有显著意义(P<0.01)。结论PAPP-A可作为孕早、中妊娠期高血压疾病筛查的指标,可能是早、中期产前筛查附带得到预测妊娠期高血压疾病发病风险的血清标记物。Objective To investigate the method of predicting hypertensive disorder complication pregnancy during the first and second trimester in order to monitor and manage it better. Methods To review the levels of pregnancy-associated plasma protein-A（PAPP-A） in 3 005 pregnant women who took the Down＇s syndrome screening test and study the relationship between PAPP-A and hypertensive disorder complication pregnancy, Results Of the 3 005 pregnant women, 40 cases had hypertensive disorder complication pregnancy at 28-38 gestational weeks, and the levels of serum PAPP-A in these cases were obviously higher than those in the control group. Conclusion Besides as a marker of the Down＇s syndrome screening test, PAPP-A can be used as a marker to hypertensive disorder complication pregnancy screening in the first and second trimester.
